Everything was great

The minute you left my sight.
I tried so hard to get you back,
Get back what we used to have.
But you forgot everything
A soon as you turned your back.
We had the perfect relationship
‘Till you decided to walk away.
My heart has longed for you,
Everyday that longing has become stronger
Because you left me with nothing.
I tried with all my might,
To get you to come back.
But  you found another person,
And acted as if I was nothing.
All our cherished memories
Got tossed out the window
As soon as I saw you kiss her.
I thought we were gonna last forever,
